They have a lot of healing properties and they are very rich in nutrients and they’re a great source of protein.
So my mushrooms are a favorite for my family.
My husband and I have been making mushroom pizza for a few years now, but I’ve been really inspired by this recipe from our friend Lauren’s recipe blog, The Mushroom Chef.
I used her recipe to make my own mushroom pie.
