Ingredients: 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, to garnish Directions: Mix the parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and vinegar in a large bowl.
Add the cilantro and basil leaves and toss to coat.
Then add the vinegar and stir to combine.
Top with a little bit of the chopped fresh mushrooms, and a dollop of the sauce if you’d like.
